Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions across client environments. You will configure complex connectors, workflows, and integrations, and work with Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO to enforce security controls.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, helping shape risk strategies and compliance programs within a hybrid, client-facing

Qualifications

• Hands-on IAM design, implementation, and governance experience.
• Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of IGA concepts, access reviews, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain IAM solutions across environments.
• Configure connectors, rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and manage enterprise IAM tools (AD, Entra ID, LDAP).
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and delivery.
• Support MFA, SSO, and directory services like Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to drive security programs.
