Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot a broad range of Enterprise IAM solutions with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC and Entra ID governance. You will implement workflows, integrations, and role-based access controls across client environments, translating business needs into technical delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, strong documentation, and the ability to travel for engagements, in a hybrid work setup within the US.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC or Saviynt).
• Experience designing RBAC and role lifecycle governance processes.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access reviews, entitlement governance and provisioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt / SailPoint IIQ policies and configuring rules.
• Configure Saviynt/SailPoint connectors, custom connectors, custom rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools across clients.
• Design and architect IAM solutions and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Leverage directory services like Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP, MFA and SSO.
