TEKsystems is seeking an IAM specialist to handle day-to-day tickets, escalate IAM issues, and provide end-user support. The role includes writing user-facing documentation, testing new features, and leading IAM integration projects.

Candidates should have 3-4+ years in IAM, strong communication, and knowledge of IdentityIQ and ERP systems like PeopleSoft. Healthcare domain experience and Epic knowledge are a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to set personal priorities and goals independently
• Strong independent analysis and problem solving ability, and ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and applications
• Basic project management understanding
• Strong enterprise IT knowledge including major applications, use of ticketing systems, basis of change management and so on
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
• Experience with Epic healthcare a plus
• Programming and web development skills a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
