Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IAM professional to manage day-to-day tickets, provide end-user support, and lead integration projects from Columbia, MD. You will write customer-facing docs, test new features, and develop IdentityIQ reports while ensuring RBAC alignment for Epic projects.

The role requires 3-4+ years in IAM, excellent communication, independent prioritization, and ERP familiarity. Fully remote with potential local reporting in Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in an IAM role, with senior or lead preference.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with provisioning and identity management including SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to set priorities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; quick learner.
• Basic understanding of project management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and Epic experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Description

• Handle day to day tickets, and serve as escalation expert for tickets from IAM and technical partner teams
• Provide end user support
• Write customer facing documentation and job aids
• Perform integration testing for new features and version upgrades
• Facilitate role based analysis for customers
• Lead and participate in IAM integration projects
• Participate in enterprise initiatives and workgroups representing IAM program
• Provide coordination and leadership for technical partner teams
• Advise on or write IAM-related policies and standards
• Provide coverage when team members are on PTO or otherwise not available
• Lead and participate in data Integrity cleanup including duplicate names, missing approvers and so on
• Facilitate RBAC analysis for Epic project prioritizing nurses and credentialed providers
• Participate in an identity IQ/Epic integration project
• Write new identityIQ reports including transition from I am tools into IdentityIQ
• Review and enhance end user documentation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
