Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IAM professional for a remote contract-to-hire role based in Baltimore, MD. You will handle day-to-day tickets, serve as escalation expert for IAM and partner teams, and provide end-user support.

You will also write customer-facing documentation, perform integration testing for new features, and lead IAM integration projects. Strong communication, independent analysis, and familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ are key.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years within IAM role, preferred sr or lead
• Experience with provisioning and identity management including SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to set personal priorities and goals independently
• Strong independent analysis and problem solving ability, and ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies and applications
• Basic project management understanding
• Strong enterprise IT knowledge including major applications, use of ticketing systems, basis of change management
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
• Experience with Epic healthcare a plus
• Programming and web development skills a plus

• Write new identityIQ reports including transition from I am tools into IdentityIQ
• Review and enhance end user documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
