Job summary

The University of North Texas is seeking a Senior Research Compliance Analyst to support the UNT IACUC program by reviewing submissions and performing initial risk assessments for animal research. You will plan full IACUC meetings, distribute materials, summarize deliberations, and assist researchers while ensuring compliance with federal and university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant professional experience; or any equivalent combination.
• Strong understanding of compliance issues with federally funded projects and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the UNT IACUC program with respect to all institutional policies and federal compliance regulations.
• Reviews IACUC submissions and generates regulatory pre-review correspondence for researchers.
• Develops meeting agendas and prepares supplemental materials; serves as a resource for IACUC members.
• Maintains training records and coordinates with researchers to ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinates facility inspections and conducts post-approval monitoring for protocols.
• Provides training and education to faculty, staff, and students on compliance programs and systems.
• Assists with special projects and reporting requirements as assigned.
