Job summary

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Senior Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Consultant to modernize career progression processes and provide strategic guidance for reallocating personnel to meet mission requirements, all from a remote U.S. location.

The role requires 8+ years in workforce analysis or HR consulting, the ability to obtain top-secret clearance, and strong skills in data analysis, statistical methods, and stakeholder communication for leadership reports and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, HR, or related field.
  • 8+ years in workforce analysis, HR consulting, or law enforcement projects.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
  • Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues and develop solutions.
  • Strong abilities in both written and verbal communication to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and use it to make informed decisions about HR policies, employee training, and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (like SPSS, R, or SAS) and computer applications used in data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to work and communicate with different levels of staff and management.
  • Additional licensures, certifications, or training in specific assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies relevant to industrial and organizational psychology is a plus.

Overview:
