Job summary

OBAN Corporation is seeking an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist to provide recommendations to modernize career progression processes, enabling greater flexibility for job incumbents and leadership to reassign personnel as needed to meet mission requirements.

The role requires ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and US citizenship, with a focus on data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or master's in industrial/organizational psychology from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years conducting job analysis, assessments, and workforce studies.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues.
  • Strong abilities in both written and verbal communication to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (like SPSS, R, or SAS) and computer applications used in data analysis and report generation.
