Job summary

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Senior Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Consultant to help modernize career progression processes and enable leadership to reassign personnel to meet mission requirements.

This role requires reviewing current frameworks, collecting stakeholder input, and applying statistical analysis to improve organizational effectiveness. Remote work is available subject to client guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, HR, or related field.
  • 8+ years in workforce analysis, HR consulting, or law enforcement projects.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
  • Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues and develop solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and use it to make informed decisions about HR policies, employee training, and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS) and computer applications used in data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to work and communicate with different levels of staff and management.
  • Additional licensures, certifications, or training in specific assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies relevant to industrial and organizational psychology is a plus.

Overview:
