Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation on industrial construction projects in West Texas. You will lead an E&I team on site, coordinating with owners, engineers and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget results.

The role requires 3+ years of large-scale E&I project management experience in Oil & Gas or related industries, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large electrical/instrumentation construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Strong communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team including superintendents and coordinators to deliver projects safely and on schedule.
• Review proposals with Director of Operations and project team.
• Determine cost-effective methods for personnel, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owner, subcontractors, and Company personnel.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and invoices; manage cost reporting.
• Negotiate change orders with owners and design teams.
• Enforce safety as a core value and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee closeout and project documentation.
