Job summary

Lone Horse Ventures is seeking an I&E Project Manager / Estimator for West Texas operations, including Midland/Odessa areas. You will lead projects from bidding to turnover, manage estimates, and build strong client relationships while focusing on safety, schedule, and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring extensive I&E experience in oil & gas or petrochemical contexts, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with industrial electrical and instrumentation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&E projects from opportunity through final turnover.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and schedules; report status and risks.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
