Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator for West Texas. You will lead projects from bidding through closeout, focusing on cost estimation, scheduling, safety, and client relationships. Travel to support multiple sites will be required.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of industrial Electrical & Instrumentation experience, strong leadership, and proven estimating skills. This role emphasizes safety compliance and quality workmanship across projects.

Qualifications

10–15 years in Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation.
5+ years leading industrial construction or maintenance projects.
Experience estimating and managing I&E projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Midstream, or Industrial sectors.
Ability to travel to support projects and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead I&E projects from opportunity to turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and profitability.
Develop execution plans, schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal/external resources for safe, efficient project delivery; monitor budgets and performance.
Prepare status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans; manage changes and closeout packages.
Engage with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality and compliance.
