Job summary

227 DSX is seeking an I&E Project Manager/Estimator for West Texas operations. You will lead I&E projects from bidding through closeout, develop estimates, manage safety, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Travel to support project execution across West Texas and surrounding regions is required; strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing industrial construction or maintenance projects.
• Experience estimating and managing I&E projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Midstream, or Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage I&E projects from opportunity through final completion and turnover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate resources to deliver safely, efficiently, and profitably; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to minimize cost/schedule impact.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, operations, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans; manage documentation and change orders.
