Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) phases for industrial construction projects in the Permian Basin/West Texas. You will build and manage an E&I team and coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and Company personnel to deliver profitable, safe projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing proposals with the Operations Director, optimizing construction methods, managing budgets, scheduling, and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large instrument and electrical construction projects.
• Proven success in managing oil and gas construction projects.
• Knowledge of project plans, owner contracts, subcontracts, POs, drawings, submittals, and as-built drawings.
• Estimating experience a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.
• Self-motivated with leadership abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project, completed in a timely manner.
• Review project proposals with the project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate construction activities with the owner, subcontractors, and Company personnel.
• Lead and manage project staff including superintendents and assistants.
• Negotiate, prepare, issue, and execute change orders and revisions to the budget.
• Ensure timely billings, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee budget reporting and cost control.
• Promote safety as a priority in all project activities.
• Organize and attend project coordination meetings.
