Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems in West Texas is seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator to lead, estimate, and deliver instrumentation and electrical projects. You will manage opportunities from bid to closeout, oversee field teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of industrial I&E experience, strong estimating skills, and a proven track record with major oil/gas or petrochemical projects. Travel to support projects is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; engineering/construction mgmt/electrical field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification helpful.
• Experience estimating and managing I&E projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&E projects from opportunity identification to turnover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage safety, quality, and customer requirements across multiple projects.
