Kent seeks a Principal I&C Engineer to lead multidisciplinary engineering activities in Corpus Christi, TX. You will interact with multiple disciplines, vendors, and corporate networks to execute projects and support construction and procurement.

The role requires leading development of technical deliverables, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met across multi-discipline projects, with a focus on I&C systems and safety instrumentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Fifteen years or more of relevant experience in refining and petrochemicals facilities.
• P.E. license (preferable in the State of Texas) is required or able to obtain by comity and NCEES license required.
• Broad knowledge of review and analysis of P&IDs, Data Sheets, Loop Drawings and termination details.

Aufgaben

• Provides project discipline engineering leadership on a multi-project team towards successful completion and objectives.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and client counterparts to ensure efficient design, cost effectiveness, and constructability.
• Follows company quality procedures and maintains auditable quality documentation for all project phases.
• Coordinates with engineer/designer teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develops man-hour estimates, contributes to project scheduling, and manages changes with cost/schedule impact.
• Performs design reviews and ensures compliance with specifications, codes, and contract requirements.
