Job summary

Stellix Global Services seeks a Senior I&C Engineer II to lead the most complex control system hardware and field execution scopes. You will mentor engineers, own design packages, and ensure design quality and customer confidence across projects in New England.

This role requires SME-level controls knowledge, strong communication, and travel up to 50% within the region. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with 8+ years in I&C/automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of I&C, controls, electrical, automation, or process instrumentation engineering experience.
• 2 to 4+ years in a senior, lead, or technical owner capacity.
• SME level knowledge in controls theory and advanced working knowledge of control system hardware, UL 508A panel design, instrumentation, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal/external technical authority for core I&C technology areas.
• Lead the most complex control system hardware, panel, instrumentation, and industrial network scopes.
• Own design packages for DCS and PLC control system hardware; review UL 508A panel designs.
