Job summary

Stellix Global Services located in South Foxboro, MA is seeking a Senior I&C Engineer II responsible for leading complex Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) scopes with limited oversight. You'll act as a technical subject matter expert, directing engineering projects and ensuring high design standards.

In this role, you will manage technical outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and oversee project execution from design through to turnover. We're looking for candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in I&C, controls, electrical, automation, or process instrumentation.
• 2 to 4+ years in a senior, lead, or technical owner capacity.
• SME level knowledge in controls theory and advanced working knowledge of control system hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution from design basis through turnover.
• Serve as a technical authority for core I&C technology areas.
• Support sales and project development for complex opportunities.
