Job summary

CRB in the United States seeks an AIC Engineer III to oversee discipline design and budget on small to medium projects. You will coordinate with clients, other engineers, construction managers, subcontractors and vendors throughout all design phases.

This role involves leading intermediate complexity design, developing automation system concepts, and mentoring junior engineers. A BET-accredited degree and 5+ years in a design environment are required; proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and industry

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a design firm setting.
• Ability to lead design phases and coordinate with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee discipline design and manage the discipline budget on small to medium projects.
• Coordinate with clients, construction managers, subcontractors and vendors across all design phases.
• Develop construction drawing packages and write construction specifications on intermediate projects.
• Lead intermediate project system design programming and master planning with support from Lead or Senior Engineer.
