Job summary

CRB is seeking an AIC Engineer III to oversee discipline design and manage budgets on small to medium automation projects. You will coordinate with internal and external engineers, clients, and vendors, and lead design through programming, planning, feasibility, detailed design, and construction administration.

The role requires mentoring junior staff, ensuring project quality, and delivering intermediate complexity automation systems on large projects.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degree in discipline-specificfield of study (ChemE, ME or EE).
• Fundamentals of Engineering exam registration or completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of cGMP manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate experience with instrumentation and controls engineering calculations and related design.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with clients and external partners.
• Plans and directs work and manages a project budget from a discipline design perspective on small projects of limited complexity.
• Supports proposal development under supervision.
• Identifies basic non-compliant conditions during site walks.
• Develops internal discipline design and engineering training presentations.
• Develops construction drawing packages and writes construction specifications on intermediate projects.
• Leads squad and discipline checks for small projects and drives overall project quality.
• Provides mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Leads intermediate project system design programming and master planning with support from senior staff.

Education
