Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks aSenior Construction Project Manager to lead labor planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control across construction sites in the United States. You will ensure compliance with codes, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors from project kickoff through delivery.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least seven years of progressive field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred.
• Seven years of progressive experience in the field or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Inspect and analyze projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Interpret plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients for the owner or developer.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions and changes to agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete projects.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve work procedures and construction problems.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays and ensure proper procedures.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer to identify savings opportunities and substitutions.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and prepare projections.
• Evaluate documents to convey client goals to the project team.
• Re-evaluate contract scope and adjust as needed.
