The company seeks a seasoned project professional to determine labor needs, ensure code compliance, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and drive project schedules from initiation through completion. WWPS values thorough analysis and proactive problem solving across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience determining labor requirements based on project scope.
• Familiarity with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of plans and contract terms and conditions.
• Experience preparing and negotiating contracts, revisions, change orders, etc.
• Experience investigating and reporting damage, accidents and delays on construction sites.
• Experience preparing and delivering budget estimates and cost reports.
• Demonstrated success coordinating all aspects of a project schedule, scope and cost.

Responsibilities

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Inspect and analyze projects to monitor code compliance and regulations.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions and additions with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all project schedule, scope and cost.
