Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to oversee the overall administrative and technical management of large, complex projects.

You will manage all on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor and coordination with subcontractors and consultants. Reporting to the General Superintendent, you will ensure safety, quality, cost control and schedule adherence, coordinating with clients and partners to achieve project milestones and deliverable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Construction Management/Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in construction or similar supervisory role, or 7–10 years as a tradesperson.
• Understands building plans and specifications.
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement, OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, including self-perform labor, subcontractors and consultants.
• Develop and implement a site-specific safety plan for each project.
• Verify subcontractor insurance and documents prior to work on site.
• Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and develop methods per contract.
• Manage project budget, schedule, quality, and changes to meet milestones.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for self-perform work.
• Interface with clients, A-E representatives, contractors and officials professionally.
• Lead site meetings, track progress, and develop weekly plans.
• Participate in business development and safety meetings.
