Meta Designs, builds, leases, and operates data centers. The Data Center Site Selection Manager will join the Site Selection team to lead complex real estate deals and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high uptime and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree and 12+ years in site selection or infrastructure development, with proven expertise in negotiations, financial modeling, and AI-driven workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 12+ years in site selection and data center/infrastructure development
• Experience leading real estate negotiations, including contract formation and contract negotiations
• Experience representing business interests to governments, utilities, potential suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Experience managing large real estate development projects and coordinating with internal staff, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Experience with detailed financial models, due diligence, risks and sensitivities across commercial, technical and development aspects
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and promote ethical AI practices
