Job summary

LCMC Health’s Hyperbaric Medicine team seeks a Senior Hyperbaric Technician Safety Officer to ensure safe operation, maintenance and delivery of hyperbaric services. You will monitor patients before, during and after therapy and coordinate with the physician to devise care plans.

You will lead scheduling, respond to emergencies, perform safety drills, maintain logs and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 years hyperbaric facility operation.
• Must have 2 years supervisory experience.
• Diving background (Dive School, Commercial, Military).
• Certification by NBDHMT, NREMT, Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, LPN, or RN.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee hyperbaric unit safety and efficiency.
• Schedule patients and manage emergencies.
• Maintain logs, patient and billing information, and equipment turnover.
• Provide training to hyperbaric technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
