Job summary

Montera is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to be the primary on-site lead for the GW+ hyperscale data center campus in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day construction, protect the owner's interests, and ensure schedule-first delivery with safety, quality, and cost controls.

The ideal candidate has deep field construction experience, strong leadership, and success coordinating with contractors, design teams, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as Owner’s Representative, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution across hyperscale campuses.
• Serve as owner advocate and primary field representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive safety, schedule, quality, and budget performance against contracts.
• Coordinate with contractors, EPC firms, and vendors to mitigate challenges.
• Oversee planning, turnover, and commissioning readiness.
