Qualifications
- BS in Chemical Engineering required.
- 10+ years refining or chemical plant process engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand technical network internally and externally.
- Develop value creation ideas and perform economic analysis for units/technologies.
- Monitor long-term unit performance against industry benchmarks.
- Support Hydroprocessing units (Hydrocracking, Distillate & Naphtha Hydroprocessing).
- Audit unit performance reports and long-term calculations.
- Lead process engineering modeling programs to drive economics.
- Mentor Production Engineers during troubleshooting and major procedures.
- Provide technical support for turnaround planning and experiments.
- Contribute to Process Hazard Analysis, MOC and investigations.
