Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking an experienced H&H Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering and surveying projects from our Houston, Frisco, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen, San Marcos or Fort Worth offices.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of professional experience, strong leadership and client communication skills, and a proven track record managing budgets, schedules and risk across multi-discipline teams. Hybrid work arrangement available after training.

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant professional experience within a discipline, including proven performance as a Project Manager III.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, lifecycle, and industry standards.
Ability to lead, communicate, manage time, risk, quality and finances; strong negotiation and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Prepare scope of work (SOW), Levels of Effort (LOE) and schedules for projects and identify out-of-scope requests.
Responsible for collection of invoices from clients and managing project billing.
Ensure QA/QC processes are followed from proposals to final deliverables.
Communicate with clients and staff; provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Oversee multiple clients; maintain professional rapport and drive project success.
