Job summary

You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, ensure QA/QC, risk management, and support business development through proposals. Qualifications

• 7+ years of AEC professional experience (engineer, surveyor, ROW, etc.).
• Proficient in project management methodologies, lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, time, risk, quality, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to moderate scope projects; manage budgets, schedules, and client invoicing.
• Prepare scopes of work, LOE, and project proposals; ensure QA/QC and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams; document meeting minutes and decisions.
• Support client relations, compliance, and timely project deliveries.
