Qualifications

• Highschool diploma, GED, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
• 20+ years of observing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and mentor field crews.
• Oversee CobbFendley’s warehouse operations, fleet logistics, and equipment inventory.
• Travel locally and out of state, including overnights.
• Mentor and develop other junior resident project representatives.
• Ensure safety procedures and QA/QC of work.
