The Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) Project Manager will lead water resources projects from planning through construction in the Plano and Fort Worth areas, guiding design teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring QA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
  • 4+ years of Hydrology and Hydraulic design and/or modeling.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D; HECRAS/HEC-HMS a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of hydrology and hydraulics components for water resources and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare proposals with scope, fee estimates, and schedules; assist in client agreements and sub-consultant coordination.
  • Oversee contracts, budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, and collections to maintain financial health and compliance.
  • Develop detailed engineering designs, studies, construction documents, and reports.
  • Ensure QA processes across all project phases and mentor staff.
