Job summary

CobbFendley Inc. is seeking an experienced H&H Senior Project Manager for our Texas offices, including Fort Worth. You will lead complex hydrology and hydraulics projects, manage budgets, schedule resources, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualified candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure, and 15+ years in project management with strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership and project management experience in civil/hydraulic projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, scheduling, risk, quality, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and resources with budget oversight.
• Prepare scopes of work, LOE, and schedules; identify out-of-scope requests.
• Coordinate contract reviews and client negotiations; ensure QA/QC from proposals to deliverables.
