Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to lead hydrogeologic site characterization and groundwater modeling across multiple offices, including Seattle and Spokane. You will guide projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex environmental challenges.

The role emphasizes client-focused technical leadership, development of site models, and effective communication of results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to master skills in your discipline.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project work through individual contribution and delegation to staff.
• Develop and manage technical scopes of work and proposals.
• Coach and mentor junior staff for high-quality deliverables.
• Present technical work at internal/external events.
• Oversee hydrogeologic field programs and site characterization plans.
• Interpret hydrogeologic data and build conceptual site models.
