In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical leadership for hydrogeologic site characterization and groundwater modeling assignments. The successful candidate will integrate hydrogeologic and geotechnical data to develop conceptual site models, evaluate groundwater flow, construction dewatering, seepage, and slope-stability conditions, and support multidisciplinary project teams. This position will also lead technical scopes of work, oversee field programs, prepare and review technical deliverables, mentor junior staff, and help advance H&A’s hydrogeologic capabilities.

Minimum Skills and Requirements:
The salary range for this position in Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; Manchester, NH; Portland, ME; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA; Spokane, WA; or Dayton, OHis $105,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market. This role is eligible to participate in the company's performance-based bonus program. This bonus program is based on overall company performance and the results achieved compared to peers.
