Radiant Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex hydroelectric dam maintenance projects from planning through execution and closeout. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams and manage critical interfaces with regulators, contractors, and stakeholders.

This role requires 9+ years of PM experience on large projects, PMP certification, and experience in dam/hydro infrastructure. Frequent travel to Prairie du Sac, WI is expected, with a focus on safety, quality, and

Qualificações

• 9+ years of PM experience on large, complex projects.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with dam/marine construction, hydroelectric, power generation, or regulated infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• PE license or dam safety experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and project controls.
• Manage construction/maintenance contracts and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regulators, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FERC and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, governance, and closeout.
• Lead change management and project communications.
