Responsibilities

• Lead a large, complex hydroelectric dam maintenance project from initiation and planning through construction execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and performance measures.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee contractor performance, contract administration, construction quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Support compliance with FERC requirements and other regulatory standards, including documentation and coordination.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement practical solutions to maintain progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, controls, reporting, and documentation.
• Lead project communications and provide updates to technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support project readiness, operational transition, and final closeout.
• Mentor project team members and promote effective project management practices.
