Job summary

Cient Energy seeks a Senior-level Project Manager to lead a large hydroelectric dam maintenance program from planning through execution at the Madison General Office, with visits to the Prairie du Sac site. The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

You will apply PMI-based practices, manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and mentor others in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• PMP certification required
• Experience with FERC regulations and hydroelectric projects
• 9 years of PM experience on large, complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hydroelectric dam maintenance projects from scope to closeout
• Define business needs and establish plans, resources, and performance measures
• Build the project team and align expertise to project complexity
• Manage project contracts with sourcing for delivery and compliance
• Ensure safety, specification adherence, and schedule compliance
• Lead stakeholder engagement and reporting to regulators and partners
• Coordinate regulatory reviews and readiness planning
