Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience with FERC regulations and dam/marine construction preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex hydroelectric dam maintenance projects using PMI-based practices to meet scope, schedule, cost, and risk objectives.
• Define business needs, deliverables, and objectives; establish plans, resources, and performance measures for execution.
• Build the project team by aligning resources and expertise to project complexity and risk.
• Manage project contracts in partnership with sourcing for delivery, compliance, and commercial performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance with specifications, and adherence to contract schedules.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications with regulators, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
