Job summary

Per Sé Group in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major hydroelectric dam maintenance project from planning through closeout. Based in Madison with frequent travel to the Prairie du Sac site, you will coordinate engineers, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.

This long‑term role offers 75–85 USD per hour, 40‑hour weeks, PTO, and the chance to influence critical infrastructure through completion through November 2030.

Qualifications

• Requires PMP and 9+ years leading large, complex projects.
• Experience with dam rehabilitation, marine/heavy civil construction preferred.
• FERC knowledge and regulatory review experience valued.
• Strong contractor management, cost control, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex hydroelectric dam maintenance project, keeping scope, schedule, budget, and risk under control.
• Coordinate engineers, construction teams, contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Manage construction and maintenance contracts, contractor performance, and project deliverables.
• Navigate FERC requirements and regulatory reviews while maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Identify risks early, resolve execution challenges, and keep critical milestones moving.
• Oversee safe construction execution, quality expectations, and operational readiness.
• Drive project closeout, including documentation, financial completion, and handoff to operations.
