HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hydraulics Engineer in Florida to join a multidisciplinary hydraulic and water resources design team. The role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and collaboration with clients and internal teams across a range of infrastructure projects.

You will drive strategic direction, ensure quality, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while maintaining schedules and budgets in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater engineering concepts.
• Advanced H&H modeling skills and ArcGIS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in strategic planning and oversight of technical project delivery with a focus on profitability.
• Overseeing quality control and staff development and morale.
• Serving as a senior technical leader within a multidisciplinary hydraulic and water resources design team.
• Providing strategic direction for infrastructure projects from small improvements to large programs.
• Leading project design and delivery: scope, budget, schedule, and client coordination.
• Providing technical design leadership in hydraulic analyses, scour assessments, roadway drainage, erosion and sediment control, water quality and attenuation, and permitting.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets; supporting business development via proposals.
