Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for hydraulic/water resources projects.
• Lead design and delivery including scope, budgeting, scheduling and client coordination.
• Prepare and review hydraulic analyses, bridge scour assessments, and drainage design.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagement.
• Represent the organization in professional forums and industry committees.
