Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional engineering (PE) license.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design hydraulic structures for flood control and water resources projects.
- Lead project teams of structural engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Prepare project proposals with scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
- Forecast workload and schedules.
- Prepare contract documents including drawings, specifications, design documentation and criteria, cost estimates, and bid documents.
- Perform engineering services during construction and review shop drawings.
