Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience in civil/structural engineering.
- Licensed P.E. in California or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
- Strong theoretical background in earthquake/seismic engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead inspection, evaluation, design, and construction observation of hydraulic structures.
- Collaborate with senior project managers and technical staff across the company.
- Develop construction drawings, technical specs, and cost estimates.
Skills
Design experience with steel and concrete
Finite element modeling
Geotechnical engineering knowledge
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Education
B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering
M.S./Ph.D. preferred
