Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design hydraulic structures for flood control and water projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for proposals.
• Forecast workload and schedules; monitor budgets and progress.
• Review deliverables for code compliance and quality.
• Present technical analyses to clients and review boards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
