Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in clinical teaching or nursing education.
• RN License (California) required at hire.
• Masters degree in Nursing or health-related field and related clinical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote learning by aligning with stakeholders and driving projects forward.
• Lead education program design, timelines, and budgets with SMEs.
• Oversee content development and ensure alignment with evidence-based practice standards.
• Monitor and improve education metrics and outcomes for patient care quality.
• Coordinate remediation and coaching to close competency gaps among staff.
• Serve as master trainer and guide other trainers in diverse education modalities.
