Securian Financial seeks a detail-oriented Customer Operations Sr Rep to reconcile client premium data, analyze trends, and support cross-functional teams with actionable insights. Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy when researching problems and performing detailed calculations and QA.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends for client premium reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to read/interpret data from large spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers.
• Flexible to work overtime when needed and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Apply critical thinking to assess and resolve unfamiliar issues.
