Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Operations Sr. Rep to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about improving financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in reconciling financial data, identifying trends, and supporting cross-functional teams with insights that drive business decisions.

This position will have a hybrid working arrangement, working in-office for a minimum of 1 day a week.

If you’re in a commutable distance (90 minutes) you’ll join us 1 day each week in our offices to collaborate and build relationships. The Estimated Base Pay Range For This Job Is

$18.80 - $32.69
