Qualifications
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer) at a software, storage, or technology company.
- Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements end to end, with results you can point to.
- Strong grounding in enterprise storage, file systems, and unstructured data management across on-prem and cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off.
- Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies.
- Design solutions for workloads like file services, backup and archive, analytics, and AI/ML.
