Qumulo is seeking a Senior Technical Resource to manage customer engagements across various industries. This role involves designing storage architectures and translating customer requirements into scalable data management solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineer) at a software, storage, or technology company.
• Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements end to end, with results you can point to.
• Strong grounding in enterprise storage, file systems, and unstructured data management across on-prem and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off.
• Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies.
• Design solutions for workloads like file services, backup and archive, analytics, and AI/ML.
