Madrona Venture Labs is looking for a Senior Technical Resource to engage customers in designing and validating storage and data management architectures.
The ideal candidate will have over 6 years in customer-facing roles, strong knowledge of enterprise storage, and experience with hybrid cloud solutions. The position involves various responsibilities, from managing technical relationships to crafting credible solutions for complex workloads.

This is a senior technical resource for customer engagements across multiple industries and use cases at Qumulo. You'll partner with Sales and customers across the full cycle, from discovery through proof‑of‑concept, designing storage and data management architectures for a range of workloads and environments.
The work is hands‑on with infrastructure teams, storage administrators, architects, and application owners. You'll translate business and technical requirements into solutions that perform at scale across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud, covering file services, backup and archive, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud‑adjacent workloads.
The annual pay range for the role is USD $250,000 - 275,000 OTE plus equity. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
