The position involves requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in consulting, business analysis, or related services.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience supporting project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Provide proactive status updates and maintain communication through project lifecycles.
• Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support resolution of client inquiries and service-related matters.
